How do fees work on Gyftcher?

With our pay as you go package you pay a one off £10 joining fee and then 10% commission taken at point of sale.

With our pay monthly package, you pay £5 a month with 0% commission.

No other selling fees apply, no listing fee, no transaction fee, and no payment processing fee. Its that simple!

What do I need to do to create a shop?

It’s easy to set up a shop on Gyftcher. Create a Gyftcher account (if you don’t already have one), choose a shop name, tell us a bit about yourselves, add a picture, any social media links, add an individual gift voucher or gift voucher packages and lastly add your payment details.

What can I sell on Gyftcher?

Gyftcher provides a marketplace for you to advertise and sell gift vouchers for online or in person classes and for all ages. You can sell individual classes or packages.

How do vendors redeem the voucher?

The gift vouchers are redeemed after the lesson has been provided and is taken as payment instead of cash. Vendors simply login to their account, add the gift package to their basket and pay for the lesson using the gift voucher code.

How do I get paid?

Firstly vendors must register their bank details with Stripe our secure payment processing partner during the vendor registration process or from their marketplace dashboard, this is simple, easy and quick.

Once you have redeemed a voucher by login into your account and purchasing the voucher you need to send a withdrawal request via your marketplace admin dashboard.

Once payments are approved by Gyftcher your money will be transfered directly into your registered bank account via Stripe.
